Above left: Robert M. (Big Bob) & Rebecca Fisher Ramsey. Their farm is pictured below them. Bob was known for his hardy, industrious farming, as well as his team of 10 oxen. His brother, William Wallace Ramsey, sold his interest in the farm and moved to Centralia, WA, where he is buried. These were the sons of Sally Best and James Ramsey, excluding Thomas, who died of typhoid fever while serving in the Union Army.
